Ultra-low-cost Access to Major European Country-Spanish Non-lucrative Temporary Residence

When it comes to Spanish immigration, everyone first thinks of Spain's house purchasing immigration policy. In fact, there is an almost zero-cost, fast-track method of immigration in Spain.
If the applicant wants to go to Spain to live or accompanying reading, this method is undoubtedly the most cost-effective and most suitable way at present. So what is this way?
This is what I want to do for everyone-"Spanish Non-lucrative Temporary Residence".
On April 30, 2011, the Spanish Royal Act No. 557/2011 was formally promulgated, which clearly stipulates the conditions for applicants: "Foreign residents applying for a Non-lucrative temporary residence visa must have sufficient financial capacity, have a fixed source of income without working, and be able to meet the living expenses of themselves and their families while living in Spain. "
As the name implies, “non-lucrative” means that it is not possible to obtain profitable income in Spain through this status. More refers to not being able to enter the labor market to compete with local people. Also, it is not possible to carry out profitable business activities in Spain.

The official of the Spanish Consulate General in Beijing explained: This bill is intended to encourage applicants from outside the EU with stable sources of income to settle in Spain in order to support Spain's social prosperity and economic construction. The Spanish government values whether the applicant has the real intention to stay in Spain; whether he has the ability to obtain and retain a stable residence in Spain, and whether he has the ability to afford all living expenses of the applicant and his family members in Spain. As long as these three conditions are met, the Spanish government can issue a D visa to the applicant, and the applicant can fly to Spain to record fingerprints and obtain his residence card within 30 days.

How to obtain permanent residence in the EU?
Any EU country has the right to issue EU permanent residence. In accordance with the provisions of the EU law, the conditions for the issuance of legal residence in an EU country for 5 years (but the residence based on study is not even for 5 years), whether it is a legal resident of an EU country or a permanent EU Resident status requires a five-year legal residence before applying for EU long-term resident status. The specific requirement is that within these 5 years, the cumulative departure from the EU shall not exceed 10 months, and the departure from the EU shall not exceed 6 months at one time.

How to acquire Spanish citizenship
You can apply for the Spanish permanent residency if you have a Spanish residence card for five years. The permanent residency is updated every five years, as in most countries. You can apply for naturalization after living in Spain for ten years. When applying for naturalization, you need to take the national unified nationality test in Spain: the test content is divided into two parts: the mastery of the Spanish language level and the understanding of the Spanish culture, of which the Spanish language level test is equivalent to the Spanish A2 level.
