The Self-employed Persons Program allows people to immigrate to Canada permanently as a self-employed person.

To immigrate as a self-employed person, you must:

• 有相关经验 have relevant experience
• 愿意并能够在加拿大自营职业 be willing and able to be self-employed in Canada
• 符合程序的选择标准和 meet the program’s selection criteria and
• 满足医疗、安全和其他条件 meet medical, security and other conditions

相关经验 Relevant experience

如果你有：Your experience is relevant if you have:

• 参加世界一流水平的文化活动或体育活动 taken part in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level or
• 从事文化活动或体育活动的个体经营者。been a self-employed person in cultural activities or athletics

定义 Definitions

相关经验对于一个自雇人士来说，至少有两年的工作经验。

Relevant experience for a self-employed person means at least two years of experience.

这必须是在你申请的前5年，到我们就你的申请作出决定的那一天结束的那段时间。

It must be during the period starting 5 years before the day you apply and ending on the day we make a decision on your application.

如果你有3、4或5年的工作经验，你可以得到更多的分数。

You can get more points if you have 3, 4, or 5 years of experience.

至少，你的经验必须是：

At a minimum, your experience must be:

• 文化活动：for cultural activities:

1. 为期一年的自雇人士从事文化活动，或one-year periods being self-employed in cultural activities, or
2. 以世界级水平参加文化活动的为期一年的活动，或one-year periods participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or
3. (A)中所述的一年期间和(B)项所述的一年期间的组合。a combination of a one-year period described in (a), and a one-year period described in (b)

• 体育方面：for athletics:

1. 为期一年的体育自谋职业者，或 one-year periods being self-employed in athletics, or
2. 以世界级水平参加体育运动的为期一年的课程，或 one-year periods participating at a world class level in athletics, or
3. 以上(A)项所述一年期间和上文(B)项所述一年期间的组合 a combination of a one-year period described in (a) above, and a one-year period described in (b) above

选择标准 Selection criteria

我们对你进行评估选择标准其中包括：

We assess you on selection criteria that include your:

• 经验 experience
• 教育 education
• 年龄 age
• 语言能力 language abilities
• 适应力 adaptability

医疗、安全检查和其他要求 Medical, security checks and other requirements

你和你的家人必须医学检查然后得到警察证书.

You and your family members must have a medical exam and get police certificates.

你还必须证明，你有足够的钱来养活你自己和你的家人后，你到了加拿大。

You must also show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada.
